That there was no sort of complimentary breakfast served at all.

The bed and the shower were amazing

I didn't like the fact that it wasn't very clear that the breakfast wasn't covered and there was an extra charge that I didn't know about.

Clean hotel, comfortable bed,

1. Didnt like being told there was a free shuttle from the airport AFTER I spent 25.00 on a cab. 2. Didnt like NO water or coffee available in the lobby when the restaurant was closed and didnt like the minimal hours the restaurant was open.

Great location near o'hare, shuttle picks up and drops off at airport, and will even pick up and drop off at the blue line train station if you want to go downtown....friendly and helpful staff, nice little restaurants and bars on site, and the shuttle will also bring you to nearby restaurants

Close to the airport. Bed was super comfortable. Room was clean. Reception friendly. WIFI was good.

The billing for the room was confusing. I paid for two rooms (for myself and a friend). They took both our credit cards and pre-authorized both cards but appears that I paid for both rooms and that my friend paid for one room. Three rooms all together instead of just two. We asked reception about it and she said that one charge should fall off in about 4 days. I wont know if it all worked out correctly for a few more days.

The shuttle service was great to and from airport and train station. Restaurant and bar was nice, very clean, nice pool. Quiet hotel.

Not a fan of feather pillows... too flat.

Pool, close enough to the airport, food and convenience store in a walkable distance.

dinner was great. Who would have thought we could have great chicken schnitzel here!!! But we did.

We love the staff, they were extremely welcoming and pleasant. Our room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was delicious and the service in the dining room area was excellent.

This is a great place to stay. A shuttle transports you to the airport aswell as around the city. I took the shuttle to get a pizza. Very freindly and staff.
